No I'm not dead. With the spare time I've had, I've been busy tinkering with v9.2 and I just bought BodyPaint 3d R3. Soon as I figure out how to use it, I'll let you know how well it works in the LW 9 Pipeline. I've also started tinkering with LWCAD 2.5... I'm already thrilled with it. If you haven't upgraded, do it soon.
A while back I managed to put together a script for assisting IDof users set up the control nulls. Its cleverly called IDofAssist. Its not a piece of rocket science but a way for me to keep involved in Lightwave when the world is trying to crash down my door.

Pete's Perspective
Thanks for the welcome guys!!! It's nice to take a bigger role is this little community that I've grown to love so much :-) Over the years I've learned so much from this place and have tried to give back just as much. Being part of this place for so long made me appreciate all the great aspects of it's community and knowledge. That's not to say I don't go to other forums, I do. But i noticed that if you really look around here, this place is loaded with fantastic information by some incrediblly talented artisits. Just as good as any other place. Of course there is a fair share of newbies here too. It's always great to feed off there excitement and enthusiasm (mike comes to mind) and its a real joy to help people out and see them growing so much! But at the same time, these new guys and girls come with a new way of thinking. Posing new and different questions that takes me places I never thought of before. These are the reasons why this place is so rich. I hope to, with Talley, push this forum a bit more. Of course this is driven by you guys and what you want. I'd love to share some of my experiences with you guys...maybe even get some of you involved eventually in some of my jobs. As I don't have time to it all myself all the time.
With that..I want to thank you for the warm welcome once again. See you in the forum!!
Pete
